  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term strategies, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive brand activations, market expansion, and innovation.
  • Monitor performance, track market trends, and identify opportunities for product development or improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and influencers to generate leads, while negotiating favorable contracts with distributors.

The Person.

  • Strong public speaking skills, able to lead meetings with senior teams.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional EU/Nordic language skills a plus.
  • Collaborative, with a hands-on approach and regular face-to-face interaction.
  • Creative, tactical, and able to influence across all business areas and management levels.
  • Experience with luxury brands and understanding of premium positioning is ideal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Creative thinker and decision-maker, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Passionate about the brand and its products.
  • Brand ambassador mentality, beyond just a business development role.
  • Solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • P&L knowledge is a plus.
  • Flexible, personable, and a motivated team player in a high-performing team.
