Expedia - Marketing Manager - Automation
Duration: 12 months contract initially
Location: London (3 days in the office)
Pay: £308/day

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Automation, who will be responsible for planning, and measurement of data driven and highly personalized automated integrated marketing programs focused on delivering value throughout the partner journey.The role requires good project management skills, technical understating of marketing automation and CRM capabilities and stakeholder management skills. The role holder will regularly partner with automation and analytics teams to define program goals, requirements, deliver program strategies, and see them though to deployment.What you'll do:
- Project manage the end-to-end build of marketing programs and campaigns to support partner’s needs throughout the partner lifecycle that align to business priorities
- Translate business objectives to specific, meaningful, and measurable program goals
- Build alignment between data science, product, analytics, and marketing teams on program plans
- Partner with content teams to create assets meeting marketing personas’ needs and preferences
- Partner with our analytics and revenue management (ARM) team to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics
- Support the team with the rollout of multi-channel testing programs
- Implement dynamic content into marketing emails
- Work with marketing operations teams to set up A/B/N testing on current campaigns
Who you are:
- An understanding of email marketing tools (e.g. Marketo)
- 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years successfully project managing CRM or marketing automation projects
- B2B experience, though candidates with extensive experience with B2C marketing automation programs driven by customer data will also be considered
- Strong project leadership skills, and a record of successfully delivering sophisticated customer focussed marketing programs.
- Possess a deep understanding of campaign management and demand creation processes.
