Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and expanding market reach? We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and drive growth within the ethnic food sector.

About the Role

This role focuses on identifying and expanding the customer base, increasing product penetration across retail, wholesale, and restaurant channels, and fostering trade relationships to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
  • Identify key accounts and opportunities to maximise distribution and sales performance.
  • Work closely with trade partners, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure product availability and smooth supply.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-store sampling, and trade events to promote brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support business planning.
  • Manage product launches and trade introductions to enhance market reach.
  • Maintain accurate trade customer records and ensure effective sales coverage.
Key requirements:
  • A university degree or equivalent (Business or Marketing background preferred).
  • Experience in FMCG, distributor management, or trade marketing.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
  • A valid UK work permit and a full European driving license.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for business planning and data analysis.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel as required.
