Field Sales Manager – A&D and Dealer

Central London

£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to join a leading global brand in the interior design and textiles industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly growing company with a focus on high-quality upholstery fabrics.

The purpose of this role will be to focus on the Central London market to grow revenue and market share by developing long-term relationships with target customers, ensuring the brand's products are included in new projects.

Duties of the Field Sales Manager Include:

  • Manage relationships within the A&D (Architecture & Design) community, interior designers, contractors, and furniture dealers.
  • Managing key accounts and delivering tailored solutions that contribute to both customer success and business growth.
  • Active project management with the A&D community, ensuring timely delivery of fabric samples and maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Organising customer training, showroom activities, and promoting relevant product lines.
  • Develop and implement training programs for customers and influencers as part of the sales strategy.
  • Maintain and develop CRM systems, providing regular reports on performance, market trends, and new opportunities.

Requirements of a Field Sales Manager:

  • Proven track record in field sales with documented success.
  • Experience in a similar industry such as interior design, furniture, or textiles is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media for business purposes.
  • A strong eye for product design, quality, and functionality.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Analytical, curious, and able to spot market opportunities.
