** FIELD SALES MANAGER - Field-Based Role (WFH 1 day, Field-Based 4 days)

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Manager to join a prestigious, premium brand within the professional skincare and cosmetics industry. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a company recognised for its innovation, luxury products, and ongoing expansion plans.

As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and brand awareness across the clinic, pharmacies, and retail partners. Covering London and the South, this role focuses on business development, sales strategy, training, and merchandising to maximise performance.

Position: Field Sales Manager

Salary: Up to £37,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: 5% on new business

Bonus: Up to 10% of salary based on company targets
