We are currently looking for ambitious graduates to join a London-based company on a mission to build the leading cloud and mobile SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. They are delivering industry leading white-labelled apps and staff facing technology that allow businesses to handle payments, loyalty, and marketing messages thus engaging with their customers in real time, and increasing sales and operational efficiency. They currently operate over 1500 locations across the UK and US.

This is a great opportunity to be a central part to a fast growing technology company. You’ll need to enjoy talking to a wide range of stakeholders including customers and partners, about our integrations and how they need to work. You’ll take that learning and being able to translate it into actionable stories that the development team can implement. Working with a team of engineers, you’ll provide the business analysis, project management and support that they need to implement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that implementation requirements are well documented and understood by all parties
  • Describing acceptance criteria for development tasks
  • Communicating technical and business requirements to partners
  • Manual testing of changes to the native apps and supporting platform
  • Triage of incoming bug reports from the operations team
  • Providing the 'voice of the customer’ to the development team, championing the value provided to the customer in all aspects of development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise documentation
  • An organised approach to work, with experience of creating processes to achieve consistent outcomes
