We are currently looking for ambitious graduates to join a London-based company on a mission to build the leading cloud and mobile SaaS platform for the hospitality industry. They are delivering industry leading white-labelled apps and staff facing technology that allow businesses to handle payments, loyalty, and marketing messages thus engaging with their customers in real time, and increasing sales and operational efficiency. They currently operate over 1500 locations across the UK and US.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to work with the Operations team based in London. This is a great opportunity to be a central part of a fast growing technology company. The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic environment, with a customer-focussed approach informing everything you do. This role is primarily focussed on client management, client on-boarding and technical/configuration support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the entire on-boarding process with both the internal delivery team as well as the client.
  • Manage smaller scale and assist on medium/large projects.
  • Plan and track multiple projects working in a busy environment.
  • Build reports and assist our Client Marketing team with customer comms.
  • Work towards contractual agreements and deadlines.
  • Gather, organise and create app assets.
  • Test and evaluate applications prior to handover.
  • Conduct client training on the products.
  • Provide post-deployment support and maintain client relationships.
  • Keep appropriate records to maintain project references.
  • Help identify new processes and ways of working that will streamline business practice.
  • Assist in internal and external reporting on customer activity and trends.
  • Communicate with all teams and the client to agree timelines and project deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification, recent graduate preferable.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects at the same time.
