Salary: ££50,000 + Bonus + Benefits - Hybrid working + Daily Free lunch

Evolve Recruitment are seeking to recruit an experienced hands on and data driven, proactive Growth Manager to join our clients rapidly scaling prop tech business (D2C and B2B customer base) based in their London office on a fulltime basis.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and optimising their experience through every step of the process. Our client is looking for someone who does not just see the numbers, but the people behind them. Someone who can leverage data to create customer centric strategies, leading to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. You will bring together your skills in analytics, product, marketing, and commercial strategy to drive growth. Working alongside a passionate team, you'll empower customers while being empowered to innovate and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run growth experiments across the marketing funnel including
  • Refine messaging across all channels - website, ads, emails, sms, ensuring our propositions transparency and simplicity is clearly communicated
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities for acquisition growth, process improvements, and cost efficiencies.
  • Implement growth strategies across untapped channels, including affiliates and organic growth.
  • Ruthless prioritisation of initiatives to unlock the biggest business impact
  • Collaborate with sales, underwriting, operations, and growth teams to deliver a seamless and transparent customer journey.

Skills:

  • Proven success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into insights and strategy that drives impact.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and BI tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation techniques and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of DTC commercials and comfortable with growth modelling and KPI setting across all channels.
  • Tech-savvy and always curious about the latest tools that can help us do more with less.
  • Versatile marketing skills across domains such as email marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a natural ability to bring teams together and focus on a common goal.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and creating experiences that empower people.
  • Have a strategic mindset but will also be executing and need to be willing to get involved
  • A self starter and comfortable with ambiguity, ideally come from a start up scale up but the client would be open to experience from larger organisations.
