Your new companyI have recently partnered with a market leading FinTech and a certified B-Corp to recruit a Growth Manager for the business. They are at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions to asset managers, corporations, and the philanthropy ecosystem and the team combines deep knowledge in finance, technology, data innovation, ESG and sustainability and has attracted clients across the UK and Europe, managing assets in excess of £200bn.The company's ESG Tracking product is an award-winning cloud-based stewardship platform for the asset management sector to streamline tracking, analytics and reporting needs for all portfolio engagements to improve collaboration, transparency and compliance with regulations.Your new roleThe Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a new key leadership role to drive the growth of their groundbreaking ESG tracking product for the asset management sector. You will be responsible for signing their first 100 clients and beyond, propelling the company's success and making a significant impact on the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's growth strategy, working closely with the leadership team. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, optimising customer acquisition and retention channels, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and market expansion goals. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in scaling SaaS companies, data-driven decision-making, and a strong understanding of both the UK and European markets.Key responsibilities:Growth Strategy & Execution - 30Þvelop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to increase market share and improve key performance metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and churn rateBusiness Development & Sales Leadership - 30%Focus on authentic sales, building genuine relationships with clients through a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
