Reed is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their Group Customer Team in Holborn, London on a 12 month fixed term contract with an opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving growth?

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and help us expand our audience for an exciting new product. As part of a collaborative cross-functional team, you'll play a pivotal role in refining our go-to-market strategy and executing it across digital and traditional channels.

Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling B2B and B2C email communications, managing the CRM, and collaborating with PR experts to elevate our brand. While prior experience in all these areas isn't necessary, your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn will make you a valuable asset to the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies: Craft and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Optimise digital channels: Manage and fine-tune digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and SEO.

  • Email communication journeys: Collaborate with the team to create effective B2B and B2C email communication journeys, leveraging existing customer insights.

  • CRM management: Take charge of our CRM system, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless customer interactions (ideally using Braze).

  • Market analysis: Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Experimentation and insights: Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimise marketing campaigns. Monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

  • PR support: Assist with PR activities, leveraging support from experts in the field.

  • Strategic thinker: Capable of developing a growth marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.

  • Experienced digital marketer: Skilled in creating, analysing, and iteratively improving digital marketing campaigns.
