Currently in scale-up mode, their B2B SaaS technology is already launched in 80 countries and used by global HR teams to engage with employees on Health & Wellbeing topics specifically related personal finances, by providing education and thought leadership driven by ground-breaking, AI-driven content.

To help them on this mission, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their existing team with specific focus on managing and executing their growth campaign strategy aimed at B2B clients, both in the UK and globally.

Role scope/responsibilities:

  • Leveraging research and previous campaign insights to align with KPIs/targets
  • Execute and optimise marketing campaigns for target accounts to achieve impactful results
  • Drive effective marketing campaigns and nurturing strategies, ensuring measurable results and continuous improvement in campaign performance
  • Multimedia asset creation to support campaigns, including copywriting, and briefing design and other providers
  • Expert in campaign channel execution: email, paid, (all digital channels)
  • Execute events, including webinars, tradeshows and annual awards
  • Strong collaboration between Marketing, Product, Sales and Client Success teams to create and implement strategic campaigns to drive business growth
  • Proficient in multivariant testing to provide audience insights to marketing team/business and to refine results

The Growth Marketing Manager will be joining a marketing team known for its creativity and innovation. They’re a close-knit family so a willing, friendly and collaborative personality is really important. As you’d expect from a scale-up, things move fast in this business so they really value an adaptable approach and proactive nature.

Skills and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
  • BSc/MSc degree or recognised accreditation in Marketing
  • (Ideally) Employee benefits or HR Tech experience
  • Experience in HubSpot CRM, and understanding of Umbraco
  • Expert in Account Based Marketing principles and best practices
  • End to end campaign management experience (full-funnel marketing)
  • Copywriting experience and the ability to work with internal/external content and creative teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google analytics, Hubspot or equivalent)
  • Attention to detail and agile for fast paced environment

In return, the company offers a competitive basic salary of £55,000 plus KPI bonus, share options, 25 days annual leave and an attractive benefits package. This is a hybrid role with three days per week being spent in the company's beautiful offices in Central London.
