Head of Brand Marketing -London (Hybrid Working - 1 day at home) - £70,000 - Luxury Retail

Our client, a prominent player in luxury retail, is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to bring their passion for marketing and strategy to plan, develop and implement overall brand strategy, from conception straight through to implementation, and are comfortable in both online and offline marketing.?Based in London with flexible and hybrid working, this role is a crucial part of their branding and strategy.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with a real flair for creativity. From campaign conceptualisation to delivery, the Head of Brand will be adept at managing budgets and hitting targets and deadlines. Mindful of social media engagement and various PR activities, they will ensure customer needs are being met and exceeded - delighting the brand’s existing customers and attracting new ones. Collaborating with multiple teams within the business to bring their ideas to life, the successful candidate will really make their mark on the business and relish the freedom this role affords.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of all brand and marketing strategy,campaigns and projects
  • Ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Emphasising the need for brand, social media engagement, PR activities, influencer outreach and overall excellent content delivery
  • Ownership of all brand, content and marketing strategy
  • Creation of an innovative PR strategy
  • Execution of the global influencer and partnerships marketing strategy, from identification to negotiation
  • Responsible for managing, developing and expanding a dynamic team
  • Working closely with the Marketing Director and the Creative Manager to ensure the business hits all sales and launch targets
  • Creation of engaging campaign and content ideas
  • Regular reporting and monitoring of campaign effectiveness in regards to KPI’s
  • Development of brand guidelines, aesthetics and tone.
  • Strategy development of brand and tone of voice

Experience and Skills Required:

  • At least 5years experience in marketing and brand management role
  • 5+ years in a Marketing and Strategy role including brand, content, social, PR, influencer
  • Inhouse experience in Fashion, retail or beauty is essential
  • Proven track record of producing successful marketing campaigns whilst meeting budgets and deadlines
  • Proven experience managing a team and leadership skills
  • Confident in owning the marketing, brand and content strategy as well as the tone of voice and vision for the brand
  • Experienced at creating strong working relationships with external stakeholders
  • Experience in working with partnership and influencer outreach programmes
  • Creative flair - innovative copywriter and full of ideas with an eye for detail
  • Commercially minded - turns creativity into sales
