Key duties are outlined below:
- Ultimate leadership of all Customer service and operational teams at both practical and strategic level.
- Guide, mentor and develop talent; creating market leading career opportunities for staff.
- Understand clearly what true excellence in Customer delivery is, and how to build that.
- Lead on innovation where new systems, tech and efficiencies that drive the customer offering forwards for all parties are concerned.
- Collaborate throughout the business and its leaders on driving the importance of customer excellence, tone of voice and strategies to improve the offering across the board.
- Ensure best practice operational processes are in place where order fulfilment, stock management and compliance are of paramount importance.
With the customer at the heart of everything the business does, this is both a B2B and B2C oriented organisation in a fast paced and exciting sector (ideally you’ll bring both environments). To be considered, you should be someone with a dual focus on both exceptional leadership of employees, and the build of a structure, system, processes and efficiencies operationally that a thriving Customer function needs to lead a market.
