Job Title: Head of Marketing and CommunicationsLocation: West London/Middlesex (Hybrid Role)Salary: Circa £80,000 per annum, plus an excellent benefits packageThe Client:Our client is the National Assessment & Accreditation Body for the United Kingdom, appointed by the government to assess and accredit organisations nationwide. They are seeking a Head of Marketing & Communications to lead their business-wide marketing, communications, and events strategy.The Role:As part of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for delivering marketing and communications projects across the business. You and your team of four will develop and execute campaigns that enhance the client's reputation and commercial growth, supporting their market-leading accreditation and training services.Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with the Marketing & Sales strategy.
  • Regularly reporting on all marketing activities to the executive team and adjusting strategies based on market feedback, analytics, and industry changes.
  • Maintaining the client’s brand and developing their value proposition.
  • Managing and developing the client’s social media strategy to improve customer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, senior management, external affairs, and product development.
Your skills & experienceThe ideal candidate will have experience in a senior marketing position within a multinational company, preferably with accreditation experience. You should have a proven track record in creating and delivering a wide range of campaigns and marketing strategies. Experience with marketing accreditation services is advantageous but not essential. Ideally, you will also have experience in internal corporate communications and employee engagement, a strong commercial mindset, and end-to-end project delivery experience.
