Global events business seeks a highly talented Head of Event Marketing to oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, campaign execution and team development.
You will lead a growing team of Marketing Execs, ensuring the portfolio’s global events surpass milestones, exceed KPI’s and deliver measurable commercial success.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong experience in managing large-scale event marketing, confex, exhibitions etc
- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams with a key focus on fostering collaboration and innovation
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering measurable ROI.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and CMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress) and digital marketing tools.
- Key Skilled in project management, including leadership, planning, and execution.
- Expertise in KPI and target setting to align teams and achieve progress on complex projects.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of independent problem-solving with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and building strong client/supplier relationships.
