Global events business seeks a highly talented Head of Event Marketing to oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, campaign execution and team development.

You will lead a growing team of Marketing Execs, ensuring the portfolio’s global events surpass milestones, exceed KPI’s and deliver measurable commercial success.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

Strong experience in managing large-scale event marketing, confex, exhibitions etc
Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams with a key focus on fostering collaboration and innovation
Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering measurable ROI.
Advanced proficiency in CRM and CMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress) and digital marketing tools.
Key Skilled in project management, including leadership, planning, and execution.
Expertise in KPI and target setting to align teams and achieve progress on complex projects.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of independent problem-solving with a solution-oriented approach.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and building strong client/supplier relationships.
