Head of Retail Marketing Innovation - £130K - £140K- Hybrid (London) - Luxury Industry

I have partnered with a world-leading Manufacturing business that has a strong global reach in the beauty sector. We are looking for a creative leader to step into the business to increase the brand identity through customer journeys.

This is a crucial role for the business to strategically lead the retail strategy within the business objectives on a global scale. If you have creative vision, love for the luxury beauty industry, understand the retail environments - this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the brand vision and business objectives through compelling and creative model strategy
  • Take ownership of the approach of each flagship store and set the standards for the business - developing the consumer's journey
  • Research into the luxury industry to make sure the business is staying ahead of industry trends and new materials
  • Collaborate with regional teams to market captivating product displays - increase sales and revenue
  • Understand customer buyer behaviour to share insight for the brand

Skills & Experience

  • Strong luxury experience is critical for this role - within multiple global stores
  • Excellent creativity in construction and visual marketing for the brand strategy
  • Strong experience with the adobe creative suites (Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD)
  • Previous line management experience as you will be sitting in the leadership team
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with the wider business in sales, merchandising, and creative services departments
