A Luxury award-winning clothing design company is looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to join their team. You will act as the main point of contact for all clients across the globe and be able to bring on new business. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and looking after the overall strategy. You will ideally come from a hospitality background but people with experience working within luxury clothing will also be considered.

Role Description

  • Oversee the overall strategy as well as develop strategies for the commercial side of the business
  • Strengthen the representation in the UK, Europe, Middle East and US.
  • Ensuring sales and T&Cs contracts adhere to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the MD and Marketing Manager to ensure correct brand representation is rolled out across all channels
  • Oversee and manage account managers to drive sales and hit KPIs set by the business
  • Oversee and manage Marketing manager on content needed for the business to push the commercial targets
  • Drive entry into new and existing markets whilst leading negotiations in line with the company goals and ensuring the brand is collaborating with top-tier Hospitality locations.
  • Lead market preparations and tradeshow activities
  • Oversee sales support activities by aligning and negotiating marketing activities with clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing hospitality partners to grow the current accounts
  • Contact potential clients, inform them of company products and services, and solicit new business

Qualifications

  • A strong background in commercial operations and strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing commercial teams
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on driving business growth
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • 3+ years of extensive and proven experience in business development with a deep understanding of the Hospitality industry
