Alexander Lloyd executive search are delighted to be partnering a fast-growing construction organisation who have a growing footprint across Europe and ambitious plans for expansion, they are now looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of UK Sales to lead their sales efforts and operations across the region.

The Role

As Head of UK Sales, you'll be responsible for defining and executing the UK sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role which will report to the Group Sales & Marketing Director.

  • Develop and lead the UK sales strategy to meet ambitious growth targets
  • Manage, mentor, and scale the UK sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse key sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise performance.
  • Own and drive commercial negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking
  • Champion a data-driven, customer-first sales culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience scaling B2B sales teams and managing revenue growth
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Strong knowledge of construction/manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with CRM and sales tech fluency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Exposure to European or international sales environments
  • High-growth scaleup experience
