Head of Sales, up to £80,000 + OTE £120,000, remote home based role

We are looking for an experienced Head of National Sales to lead and promote growth in the UK. As a vital member of our client's senior sales team, you will build and manage a team of sales executives, overseeing a revenue budget in the millions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving profitable growth with the training and consulting space, developing strong customer partnerships, and establishing ambitious sales targets.

As the Head of Sales You Will Receive:

  • A competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum.
  • A lucrative commission structure with an OTE of £120,000

What You'll do as Head of Sales:

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and clear performance metrics.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective and scalable sales strategies in line with the company's global growth plans. Together with Marketing and Product leadership, devise, test and refine a repeatable go-to-market strategy for the company's offering.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, deepening client relationships, and expanding market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients, winning both new business and account growth - leading from the front.

To Succeed as the Head of Sales You Will Require:

  • Minimum 7 years Head of Sales professional services/leadership and development coaching or training services experience
  • Strong experience in B2B (corporate) selling and consultative sales
  • Highly commercial with an understanding of P&L management and revenue forecasting
  • Passionate about using technology to augment human performance; good understanding of the use and applications of AI tools to Sales & Marketing
  • Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot and a disciplined approach to sales performance.
