IFA Administrator / Relationship Manager
We are currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator / Relationship Manager on behalf of a prestigious family office based in central London. Role Overview: This role involves working closely with senior advisers to provide seamless support across the client relationship lifecycle. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day interactions, delivering a high standard of service, and supporting clients with average assets exceeding £1 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, attend meetings, and handle client queries.
- Advice Support: Prepare annual review packs, contribute to simplified advice processes, and oversee implementation of solutions.
- Onboarding and Administration: Assist with onboarding new clients, manage CRM systems, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Project Coordination: Drive the progress of client-related actions, ensuring timely delivery of advice and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of client relationship experience in financial services, ideally within private wealth planning or management.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Knowledge of investments and financial planning products, with a willingness to pursue further qualifications if needed.
- Proven ability to handle complex situations and provide solutions effectively.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with senior professionals and high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a strong numeracy foundation.
- A team player mindset, with eagerness to learn and grow.
