You will be the key point of contact for clients, helping to develop and implement business plans, identify new opportunities, and achieve revenue goals.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as the main contact for customer relationships, ensuring growth and success
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic customer relationships by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Provide insights on industry trends and best practices to strengthen customer relationships
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts and create tailored solutions
  • Work independently to manage and close opportunities
Account Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and own business plans for customers, ensuring alignment with their goals
  • Plan and adjust strategies as needed to meet customer and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive results and solve customer issues
Opportunity Identification & Pitching:
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to drive growth
  • Lead strategic sales pitches and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Analyse customer data to uncover insights and make data-driven decisions
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve goals
  • Share best practices and contribute to team learning
  • Influence senior stakeholders to drive impactful decisions and strategies
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive improvements in sales processes and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, our client products, and competitive landscape to remain an expert in your field
Skills & Experience:Client Understanding:
  • Ability to understand client goals and create our clinet's solutions to meet those needs
Relationship Building:
  • Strong at creating and maintaining relationships at all levels within an organization, including senior leadership
Business Development:
  • Experience in driving business growth, particularly through consultative sales or partnerships
Marketing & Advertising Experience:
  • Background in marketing, retail, or digital businesses, with experience managing advertising budgets and campaigns
Media Planning & Buying:
  • Experience in media planning, especially with AV (audio-visual) planning and buying
Complex Program Delivery:
  • Ability to support or manage complex programs and transformational changes
Digital Media Knowledge:Familiar with our client’s products, including Search, Display, and YouTubeStakeholder Management:Skilled at navigating complex organizations to achieve results collaborativelyQualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing customer relationships and driving sales growth
  • Strong understanding of tools and products and industry trends
  • Ability to lead strategic discussions and influence key stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in digital media, advertising, or marketing
