Industry Manager TelcoLocation: UK, LondonLength: Start - 12/02/2025 End – 30/01/2026Rate: £46.15 p/h (Inside IR35)Hours: 9am – 6pm Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to own and grow customer relationships, develop sales strategies, and drive business opportunities. This role will allow you to work independently on key opportunities, shape customer strategy, and help our team achieve revenue goals. If you're passionate about driving growth, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading strategic initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management:
  • Own one or more customer relationships as the main point of contact
  • Develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and customer growth opportunities
  • Fully manage opportunities and lead strategic pitches, driving activation plans independently
Revenue & Sales Planning:
  • Plan for and achieve team revenue targets
  • Contribute to account planning, multi-quarter pipeline management, and customer strategy
Sales Strategy & Process Development:
  • Leverage data to develop customer strategies and identify longer-term opportunities
  • Recommend and implement new processes and methods for sales strategy development
Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Lead key initiatives and contribute to defining objectives to drive impact beyond core areas
  • Share best practices and collaborate across markets and global teams
Influence & Leadership:
  • Influence cross-functional teams to address customer needs and close deals with cohesive solutions
  • Lead and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level pitches and strategic narratives
  • Guide the integration of project goals and objectives across multiple opportunities
  • Support multi-region and cross-product relationships to drive customer growth
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvements in sales processes and strategies
  • Share knowledge and insights with peers to enhance team effectiveness
Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership:
  • Apply knowledge of the industry, Our Client's products, and technology to identify revenue opportunities
  • Start to establish yourself as a thought leader through advanced training and strategic projects
Skills & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising or media sales, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level. Experience in Video Products with a focus on performance
