Ambition are currently working with an international advisory practice looking to hire an Insolvency Manager in their London office.

They are open to considering suitabilty experienced Insolvency Assistant Managers looking to step up into a Manager position.

The team takes on both high-profile insolvency appointments as well as those that fall in the mid-market. They primarily focus on corporate insolvency appointments, including but not limited to, ADMs, CVLs, CWUs, CVAs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development - Manage and develop a team, providing guidance, training, and performance appraisals to ensure professional growth.
  • Case & Compliance Management - Oversee a portfolio of cases, ensuring statutory compliance, timely completion of tasks, and effective use of case management systems.
  • Stakeholder & Client Relations - Liaise with referrers, professional agents, and solicitors while maintaining strong relationships within the insolvency market.
  • Business Development & Best Practices - Support marketing initiatives, promote technical excellence, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Reporting & Creditors' Meetings - Oversee high-quality report production, review complex cases, and chair creditors' meetings when required.
