This is an Interim position as our Head of Marketing goes off on Maternity Leave in November.
As the Interim Head of Marketing you will be responsible for managing a centralised marketing team of 9 across a range of disciplines to ensure the delivery of the marketing team's objectives. This will be a temporary position for up to 12 months and they are open to part-time candidates.

The client is an investment management firm in London who are looking for a new interim Head of Marketing to cover a mat cover.
Description
- Oversight and optimisation of the marketing strategy, working closely with the campaign leads (retail and institutional)
- Familiarity with FCA regulations and understanding of the importance of compliance
- Comfortable signing off Financial Promotions and providing guidance to the marketing team
- Oversight of the marketing budget and ROI working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager
- Quarterly reporting to the firm's leadership team
- Driven, assertive, and confident individual with a proven ability to develop successful relationships and manage stakeholders
- Take a customer-centric approach to all our marketing initiatives
- Strong work ethic, ability to work to deadlines with a calm head
Profile
They are looking for a someone with expertise in the investment management space and who ideally has experience working with both retail and institutional audiences in the UK, and is comfortable managing a team of 9. They are open to hiring someone part time or full time with strong leadership experience.
