Currently partnered with a leading accountancy firm who are looking for an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to join the companies not-for-profit team. 

This role is pivotal in supporting the sector team to shape, drive, and implement business development and marketing activity. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the development and execution of all marketing and BD activity within their sector and will act as a brand ambassador for the organization. 

Day to Day of the role:
  • Develop and optimise marketing activity to ensure it is client-centric and meets key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the National Head of Not-for-Profit to develop and deliver marketing & BD initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
  • Liaise with in-house experts and external agencies to deliver high-quality content and articles.
  • Ensure national campaigns are effectively followed up by local sector-focused partners and directors.
  • Champion the use of digital marketing channels and advocate for their integration.
  • Maintain data quality through the CRM system, managing performance data and target lists.
  • Advise the Sector Head and partners on strategic, impactful marketing & BD initiatives within budget, focusing on ROI.
  • Manage the sector budget, ensuring marketing spend is accurately recorded and strategically allocated.
  • Support the sales pipeline by identifying targets and integrating prospect lists into campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Not-for-Profit Bid Manager to achieve successful bid outcomes and improve bid performance.
  • Proactively bring market trends and ideas to the business to identify new opportunities and leads.
  • Identify PR opportunities and collaborate with the Sector PR Manager to prepare press release content.
