The Advocate Group is leading the search for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join a Global FMCG business on a short-term contract.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent execution within Tesco, responsible for the management and delivery of the Shopper strategy across all Dairy and Plant-based brands!
The Role
- Managing a key grocery customer, Tesco for Dairy and Plant-based, delivering excellent shopper execution.
- Driving ROI across all activations through both customers.
- Collaborative cross-functional working to ensure customer centricity across all categories/ customers.
- Understands the wider business context and incorporate this in all decisions.
- Delivery management through setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes.
The Person
- Able to start at short notice on a contract basis.
- Proven experience in Shopper Marketing within the FMCG industry, ideally with experience managing a Top 4 customer.
- Comfortable with both strategic and executional work.
- A team player that takes accountability for their own deliverables and can challenge others in the right way!
