A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious International Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing haircare company. The role requires a results-driven individual with proven sales expertise, capable of expanding the business across the EU and Middle East.

Established in 2013, my client is a rapidly growing, family owned business. With big names behind the brand, the company has gone from strength to strength and is continuing it's journey across the EU and Middle East.

Description

  • Manage and grow your designated account base across the EU and Middle East
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key international clients
  • Hold full responsibility for your accounts, commercials, negotiations and contracts
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Agree JBPs, promotions and activations with your accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
  • Ensure products and promotional activity is activated and merchandised in store
  • Regular travel to Europe and the Middle East

Profile

  • Proven experience working in international markets
  • A background in beauty, haircare, fragrance or other similar field
  • Track record of working with Sephora (Sephora EU a bonus)
  • Must have a passion for account management over new business
  • Must be able to travel to Europe at least monthly and the Middle East c. twice a year
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • French speaking a bonus

Job Offer
