International BD & Client Relations Manager

Are you ready to develop your career with a leading global law firm? We are seeking a passionate and experienced International BD & Client Relations Manager to join their dynamic team. About the Role: As the International BD & Client Relations Manager, you will be at the forefront of their business development efforts, driving growth and strengthening relationships across key international markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic business plans that align with their global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Desks Management: Lead activities in key markets including North America, Africa, Latin America, India, China, Europe, the Caribbean, and Israel. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and external groups.
  • Network and Association Participation: Enhance their presence in international networks and associations, coordinating activities at major events and tracking referrals to maximise business opportunities.
  • Law Firm Relationship Programme: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our global network of relationship law firms, fostering connections and expanding our business reach.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and run international BD strategies. Support cross-border pitches and proposals, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an Executive, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth.

What's needed:

  • Proven experience in an international law firm, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of international networks and BD strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a busy, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably InterAction) is highly desirable.
