- Drive international marketing and promotional campaigns in partnership with repertoire sources, lead territories, and artist managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repertoire sources, artist management, and stakeholders, keeping them informed of campaign progress.
- Manage multi-territory marketing budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
- Collaborate with audience development teams to grow artist profiles beyond their home markets.
- Prepare international marketing strategies, promo reports, and coordinate multi-territory digital ad campaigns.
- Organise artist press days, on-tour promotional activities, and handle travel arrangements for artists and team members.
- 3+ years’ experience in international marketing or promotions within the music industry.
- Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Thrives under pressure and can prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture relationships with artists, managers, and key stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- A strong communicator with a self-motivated, collaborative mindset.
- Passionate about music with a deep understanding of international markets and repertoire.
- Bonus: Fluency in additional languages.
