International Sales Manager - Toxicology Products

Part of Randox Laboratories ltd, Randox Toxicology is dedicated to advancing forensic, clinical and workplace toxicology. We are a market leader in the development of new assays and technologies in this field. Our aim is to minimise laboratory workflow constraints whilst maximising the scope of quality drug detection.

This opportunity is for a driven/talented Sales Manager to join us, based in London, managing both established and prospective international markets. If you’re a natural Leader with fresh a perspective and someone who loves to lead their team by developing their staff and growing revenue, then we would love to hear from you!

Location:Onsite, London, UK (Boston House, W1T6EY)

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week.

What does this role involve?

This role will focus on driving our market expansion plans while also delivering across our existing sales targets via effective distributor management. The successful candidate will also build and manage a high performing sales team, with the expectation of coaching and regular customer visits with your team.

  • Developing and implementing market expansions to increase overall sales.
  • Negotiating with senior stakeholders and implementing growth strategies.
  • Direct management of a sales team: Sales Executives, Tele Sales, Sales Support etc
  • Recruit, train and develop the Sales team to exceptional Sales/Business Development Executives and Team Leads.
  • Management of key accounts.
  • Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Liaising with other internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, Finance, QA etc
  • Attend industry specific seminars and exhibitions as required.
  • Regular travel to visit customers (25% travel)

Who can apply?

Essential criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years managing commercial teams.
  • Relevant industry experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • Proven track record of leading and growing commercial teams.
  • Someone who can implement best practices to foster and lead internal partnerships with the focus of customers.
  • Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle.
  • Experience with recruitment and training sales talent
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Life Science degree or medical sales background.
  • Face to Face/Field based sales experience.
  • Stable work history showing progression.
