About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) with SaaS or Tech sales background to join our well established Software clients. As a key driver of growth, the BDM will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly within enterprise markets. Through strategic outreach, relationship building, and lead qualification, you will contribute to expanding our sales pipeline and supporting Account Executives in achieving targets. Collaborating closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our technology’s unique value proposition to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities, ensuring a robust and accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Conduct detailed client needs analysis to align their challenges with our technology solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, delivering exceptional first impressions and seamless handovers to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create targeted campaigns and deliver impactful value propositions.
  • Act as a resource for internal teams by sharing client insights and market trends.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior leaders at enterprise-level companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking leads and managing pipelines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and lead generation techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, industry trends, and relevant technologies (or a willingness to learn).
  • Strong research, communication, and rapport-building skills.
