We are seeking a superstar Graphic Designer + Junior Marketer to join our bold print-media agency in the heart of London. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is a unique blend of creative design and marketing, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in both fields.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer + Junior Marketer, your primary focus will be taking ownership of design for our clients' print media campaigns. You will also support various marketing activities, making this role perfect for someone passionate about both design and marketing.

Your core responsibilities will include designing visually compelling materials like A5 brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, and promotional assets for client projects. In addition, you’ll assist in developing marketing collateral for PPC campaigns, creating social media graphics, and supporting the internal team with design needs.

This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects across various industries, while also contributing to internal content creation such as sales packs, pitch decks, and social media visuals. You’ll participate in creative ideation sessions and help bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment across all assets.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Understanding of print-ready materials and the printing process is preferred, though not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
  • Passion for creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to grow in both design and marketing roles.

You will:

  • Manage and execute client print media campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Assist in creative marketing activities, including social media content creation, LinkedIn visuals, and internal design projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
  • Ensure all design output aligns with client brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Support the creation of marketing assets for internal and client-facing initiatives.
  • Take part in optimizing and enhancing existing artwork for improved client impact.

Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of assets. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an internal design library of assets for future use.
