About Us: Our client is a dynamic organisation specialising in events that bring people together. As part of their growing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving attendance and revenue across their exciting portfolio of conferences, exhibitions, and awards.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop, plan, and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our sales team in achieving their targets. ? Research and establish effective media partnerships with external organisations to enhance audience engagement and drive revenue. ? Curate and manage databases of target attendees across various segments to optimise our marketing efforts. ? Oversee the day-to-day marketing budget, ensuring all activities are executed within pre-agreed financial parameters.

What You'll Deliver: ?? Create captivating print and digital ads, brochures, and engaging email campaigns that resonate with our audience. ?? Provide weekly reports on attendee performance against targets, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. ?? Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimisation. ?? Collaborate with the publications marketing team to maximise cross-marketing opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • A proven track record of planning and implementing successful marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, and integrated platforms.
  • Familiarity with database segmentation and a solid understanding of GDPR requirements.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report on metrics and leverage insights to enhance campaigns.
  • A minimum of 2 years of event marketing experience in a B2B environment.
