Description
- Build strong relationships with partners across departments.
- Assist in preparing and delivering retailer presentations and business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful product launches and promotions.
- Help negotiate contracts and terms with senior manager.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding distribution.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report to management.
- Build brand awareness and sales through marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Profile
- Proven work experience in Sales.
- Ideally a beauty background from mass or prestige. Also open to fashion background if luxury department store focused
- Commercially astute
- Understanding and reporting KPI
- Good personal skills, able to develop positive internal and external relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- 3 days a week in Central London
