Description

  • Build strong relationships with partners across departments.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering retailer presentations and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful product launches and promotions.
  • Help negotiate contracts and terms with senior manager.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding distribution.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report to management.
  • Build brand awareness and sales through marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Profile

  • Proven work experience in Sales.
  • Ideally a beauty background from mass or prestige. Also open to fashion background if luxury department store focused
  • Commercially astute
  • Understanding and reporting KPI
  • Good personal skills, able to develop positive internal and external relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 3 days a week in Central London
