Your new companyA luxury and highly innovative skincare brand with ambitious growth plans for the next 3 years. Your new roleAs a Key Account Manager, you will manage and nurture key retail, e-commerce and wholesale accounts both in the UK and globally. Your key duties will include:

  • Identify opportunities to expand product listings, introduce new products and increase market share with your key retailers.
  • Drive growth by aligning sales strategies specific to each account
  • Analyse account performances and provide regular reports and forecasts
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the brand is capable of meeting demand
  • Collaborate with retail buyers to align on marketing initiatives
  • Customer service management support; managing sales order processes, acting as a first point of contact for retailers and providing an effective aftercare service
  • Identifying new business opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the beauty or luxury industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to deliver compelling commercial arguments.
  • Experience in managing customer service or after-sales processes, with a focus on resolving account-level queries efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK to meet with key accounts and ensure ongoing relationship management.
