POST- Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for an established market-leader to be based in the field in the Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-performing territory in one of the company's most valuable divisions. If you're an experienced sales professional with a passion for account management and B2B sales, this could be the role for you!

Location: Field-based role, ideally for candidates based in Londonor the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities as a Key Account Manager:

  • Account Management: Conducting regular reviews with existing customers to ensure value and return on investment (ROI).
  • Sales Growth: Achieving sales targets, KPIs, and expanding your customer base through upselling opportunities.
  • Consultative Sales Process: Engaging with customers to gather insights, recommend solutions, and close business.
  • Customer Education: Keeping clients informed about new products and services, ensuring they understand pricing structures.
  • Product Support: Providing training and support to customers to drive success.
  • Market Knowledge: Keeping up to date with market trends and challenges to better serve your clients.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining an up-to-date CRM database of all customer activity.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with your Area Sales Manager, internal Account Managers, and Head Office Support teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Field-based Key Account Manager in a B2B environment.
  • Proven success in selling services (not just tangible products) and handling complex data.
  • Strong track record of sales territory management, with the ability to plan and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Experience handling price objections—ideally from an industry where pricing cannot be negotiated.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience).
  • OTE: Achievable, uncapped £15,000 annual commission, with guaranteed OTE for the first four months.
