Key Account Manager

A great opportunity to join a successful ventilation company who is keen to recruit a Key Account Manager.
You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and delivery within key market sectors, managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth and maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts, and maximising sales opportunities within them.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the clients products and services.
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximise key accounts.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and pro-actively identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Conducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client partnerships.
- Negotiating commercial pricing agreements and contract renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key accounts.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and new targeted accounts, strategizing to expand company growth within the market.
- Analysing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage and growth.
- Tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using CRM for data driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaboration with Local ASM, Vent Design, Customer Support, Vent Technical, Marketing, R&D to communicate key account opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed client expectations.
Salary - £55,000 - £60,000 + bonus + company car
