We're looking for a dynamic, positive, and creative Local Marketing Manager (Lead Generation) to help us grow, connect, and innovate. In this role, you'll drive sales and elevate our brand by building relationships with corporate clients, local communities, and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Marketing / Sales & Strategy: Maximise sales through creative strategies and Marketing for groups, private dining, and events. Develop a proactive plan to target corporate bookings, local businesses, and community groups.
- Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities, maintain a database of prospects, and convert leads into meaningful partnerships.
- Event Management: Organise and execute impactful events, from planning to flawless delivery.
- Relationship Building: Build and manage relationships with businesses, PA clubs, influencers, event planners, and local partners to grow Theirpresence.
- Market Knowledge: Stay on top of local trends, competitor activities, and demographic changes to inform sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers, the Reservations Team, and Marketing to align efforts and ensure smooth execution of all initiatives.
