Salt is collaborating with one of our biggest Travel Clients as they seek to hire a Loyalty Marketing Manager to join their Engagement and Loyalty Team on an ASAP starting, 10 Month contract freelance role.

Based in London on a 2 day hybrid basis, this full time role will work within a highly collaborative and open team who are responsible for driving the performance of their loyalty program. This opportunity will directly support on the roll out of a new brand, so the ideal candidate they're looking for will be a strong, strategic thinker who can partner with cross-functional teams to shape their future.

What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with Product & Tech teams to problem-solve, ensure seamless execution, and document issue resolutions.
  • Develop and prioritise business models & strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with commercial and customer needs.
  • Define and communicate clear business requirements to stakeholders.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of key roadmap initiatives, going beyond MVP to create real impact.
  • Support the successful rollout of a new brand into their loyalty ecosystem.
  • Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance and risk management.
Skills Needed:
  • Experience in loyalty programs and/or technology companies.
  • Strong business acumen, with a background in marketing strategy, analytics, or commercial modelling.
  • A traveller-first mindset, with the ability to use insights to drive customer engagement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex challenges.
  • A self-starter with a high-energy, innovative approach.
