Description

  • Develop and organise costed business development and marketing plans for practice areas.
  • Oversee budgets, track expenditures, and report regularly on spend and return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify opportunities and market insights by analysing practices, competitors, and trends.
  • Coordinate award and directory submissions, including drafting and organising required materials.
  • Manage and update digital presence, including website content, social media calendars, and blog/article schedules.
  • Liaise with communications teams on PR and media activities, and organise client mailings, events, and follow-ups.
  • Support business development initiatives by organising pitches, presentations, and maintaining relevant marketing materials.
  • Coach and upskill junior team members, working closely with the Head of Business Development on team development.

Profile

A successful Marketing & Business Development Manager should have:
