Marketing and Communications Manager (Part Time) - Apparel

Hours: 3-4 days a week Hybrid with flexiability

Role overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced B2B Marketing and Communications Manager to join this award-winning corporate wear design agency based in West London. As a member of the Commercial Division, your main objective is to increase the reach and impact of the agencies profile to help meet the company targets for business growth, retention and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and effectively communicate the brands value proposition through all marketing activities and communications both internally and externally to key target prospects and markets.

2. Embed SUSTAINABILITY; WELL BEING AND DESIGN as a core strategic component and capability of the agency.

3. Help the sales team provide highly responsive NO ONE IS UNIFORM solutions across all touch points of the sales process, from initial communication, through to negotiating and signing the contract and on boarding the client.

4. Support the sales team with relevant sales and marketing materials, to establish the organisation as an expert and preferred business partner by proactively identifying and communicating the business strategic solutions to; enable, supply and service 'clothes at work.

5. Support the Sales team to execute the completion and response / submission of RFI’s, RFPs, Tenders; create sales pitches or presentations and commercial proposals.

6. Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalisation of messages and measurability, data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation.

7. Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using the agreed digital tools

8. To help drive the successful implementation and adoption of sales and marketing technology and automation platforms and CRM database management.

9. Develop and oversee a web strategy including website development, SEO, blogs, content outreach, to keep the business website optimised and up to date.

10. Working closely with external agencies and sales and marketing related service providers to achieve sales and marketing goals and targets.

11. In conjunction with the Managing Director, develop, maintain and protect the company’s brand, corporate image and reputation and protect and manage the company’s intellectual property.

12. Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of commercial direction, mission, aims and activities.

13. Maintain a full understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends. - Attending industry events and conferences to network and develop new business leads for the Sales team.

14. Effectively measure and monitor the marketing campaigns and report against agreed metrics.

15. Provide regular reports against Key Performance indicators for all marketing activities.

Points to Note:

16. Travel within the UK and Internationally may be required in this role.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ B2B strategic Marketing Management experience.
  • Experience designing for a content management system (like the HubSpot CMS). This person must be able create assets for our web team that are mobile, tablet, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
  • Photoshop / inDesign / CANVA or other such programmes

  • WordPress
