Reed Learning is looking for a Marketing and Product Manager to join their team in Raynes Park, London.

Overview

As the Marketing & Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing the company’s marketing and product strategy.

You will work collaboratively with other teams to execute our marketing and product strategy, with particular focus on maximising Reed Learning’s lead generation activities, customer acquisition and website optimisation. As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help Reed Learning become a "digital 1st" proposition and contribute to the overall strategy and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Senior Leadership Team to create, own and deliver our ambitious marketing and product vision and strategy
  • Ownership of marketing and product related KPIs and delivery of reporting & insights
  • Shape and own the customer journey and experience, from customer attraction, website interactions, lead generation to enrolment and retention
  • Manage the relationships with sales, product and marketing internally and across the Reed group to identify and exploit collaborative opportunities
  • Day to day management of key agency and supplier relationships, including our SEO and web development agencies

Marketing

  • Plan and create all digital marketing activities, including SEO / SEM, PPC, e-mail, content and social media campaigns
  • Prepare and manage periodic and quarterly marketing budgets
  • Implement our marketing strategy across digital channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue across our product range
  • Act as the guardian of our brand guidelines, including tone of voice and design
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities by channel

Product

  • Define and deliver the roadmap for the Reed Learning website to improve user satisfaction and achieve our user acquisition goals
  • Deeply understand Reed Learning’s customers and business goals to successfully uncover and address problems and opportunities
  • Use customer insights to innovate and respond to market needs
  • Build hypotheses to drive optimisation throughout the website and key journeys to increase conversion
  • Credibly and confidently work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to aid efficient delivery
  • Day-to-day management of the Product backlog

Essential experience and attributes

  • Executing marketing strategies across digital channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue for our product range
  • Using HubSpot to build, execute, and report on marketing campaigns
  • Using CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Contentful) to build or optimise pages and user journeys
