Are you a dynamic and proactive Marketing Graduate/ professional with a passion for education and marketing? Do you have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail? Our client is seeking a Referrals & Marketing Manager to join their dedicated team. Our client is a leading specialist education provider for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.Please note this role is fully on-site, 5 days a week.Salary- £30000- £35000.Role Overview:As their Referrals & Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Lead and manage the referral-to-placement process, ensuring swift and effective placements for students whose needs align with our provisions.
  • Take charge of marketing initiatives, enhancing the school's reputation through website development, social media, positive publicity, and award submissions.
  • Build strong relationships with placing authorities and maintain accurate records related to referrals, placements, and pupil transitions.
  • Collaborate with school leaders to achieve placement targets and provide regular updates on capacity and referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage referral inquiries, arrange visits, and oversee initial assessments.
  • Drive marketing strategies, ensuring an engaging online presence and managing our media reputation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate referral and placement records.
  • Communicate regularly with placing authorities and internal stakeholders.
  • Achieve agreed cluster placement targets and ensure accurate documentation for placements and invoicing.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in marketing.
  • Experience in marketing, especially within an education or similar environment, is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong ICT and social media expertise.
  • A professional, reliable, and collaborative approach.
