- Lead and manage the referral-to-placement process, ensuring swift and effective placements for students whose needs align with our provisions.
- Take charge of marketing initiatives, enhancing the school's reputation through website development, social media, positive publicity, and award submissions.
- Build strong relationships with placing authorities and maintain accurate records related to referrals, placements, and pupil transitions.
- Collaborate with school leaders to achieve placement targets and provide regular updates on capacity and referrals.
- Manage referral inquiries, arrange visits, and oversee initial assessments.
- Drive marketing strategies, ensuring an engaging online presence and managing our media reputation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate referral and placement records.
- Communicate regularly with placing authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve agreed cluster placement targets and ensure accurate documentation for placements and invoicing.
- A degree in marketing.
- Experience in marketing, especially within an education or similar environment, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong ICT and social media expertise.
- A professional, reliable, and collaborative approach.
