Central Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive (Lead Generation) to join our recruitment, training and software development company.  This newly created role will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and experience by bringing tangible results to the company’s marketing activities. 

About Us

Central Recruitment provides a number of recruitment and training solutions to the private and not-for-profit sectors, including; housing associations, charities, local authorities and the NHS.  Besides traditional recruitment services, we also develop our own recruitment software and provide neutral vendor services, locum bank management and workforce management solutions.  We are a fully remote company and employ staff across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Working directly with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and our Marketing Agency, the successful candidate will lead on the development and implementation of the company's marketing (Lead Generation) and worker attraction strategies.  Whilst not an exhaustive list, the role will incorporate the following:

  • Develop and oversee implementation of a company-wide marketing and advertising strategy
  • Research and identify prospective new business leads including tender opportunities
  • Work with the company’s business development team to identify and target new clients
  • Create powerful and impactful marketing material to attract new business
  • Create and co-ordinate digital marketing campaigns including adverts, social media posts, targeted mailshots and other promotional materials
  • Develop and manage all marketing associated with our key social media accounts including; Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Drive brand awareness both internally and externally, acting as a Brand Guardian to promote the key messages and vision of the business
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company website
  • Line management of one Marketing Coordinator (TBA)
  • Provide reporting, statistical data and analysis of ROI

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced professional who is flexible, creative and versatile.   As LinkedIn Pro and Google Analytics are key business tools relevant to the role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience maximising ROI from these products.

Applicants will also need to demonstrate:

  • Strong lead generation experience
  • Well-developed research and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role
  • Management experience
  • Degree within marketing or a similar field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Word Press
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Organised and methodical administration skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • An autonomous and proactive ‘can-do’ approach
  • Strong team player
