The Role:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for delivering multi-media direct marketing, advertising, and sales across our client's portfolio of housing exhibitions and conferences. Working closely with event producers, customer service teams, and sales colleagues, you will ensure the successful achievement of delegate sales, exhibition targets, and sponsorship goals. This role requires excellent organisational and project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement targeted direct marketing campaigns to reach delegate and visitor targets
  • Collaborate with production teams on messaging, branding, and content
  • Manage campaign schedules and meet all deadlines
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate advertising contracts
  • Drive the expansion of the marketing database and curate targeted lists of attendees
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets and contracts
  • Work closely with industry partners and associations to build long-term partnerships
  • Produce marketing plans to attract delegates and visitors within agreed budgets
  • Monitor and analyse marketing KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Drive traffic to event websites through SEO and PPC strategies
  • Implement social and digital campaigns for conferences and events
  • Report on campaign performance and produce post-event analysis reports

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Sound knowledge of database segmentation and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing technology solutions and products
