Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager / B2B / Insurance

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our central marketing team as Marketing Manager - advising and delivering on Marketing strategy as the Marketing function point of contact and enabling the retention and growth of accounts, as well as the winning of new clients.

A keen focus should be maintained to ensure that all activity is concentrated on achieving clear and demonstrable Return on Investment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to support the business plan and key objectives set by divisional heads, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager/B2B Marketing Director
  • Be the trusted advisor and key contact for the division for all aspects of marketing
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns targeting prospects in existing and new markets
  • Collaborate closely with in-house specialists and freelancers to ensure that all marketing output is engaging, on-brand and executed with excellence
  • Measure success of marketing activities undertaken and incorporate learnings to steer future activity
  • Share expertise, knowledge and best practice to add value across the Marketing team and for the greater benefit of the business

Essential

  • Proven experience in a Marketing role, partnering with a business area, team or division at strategic level
  • B2B Experience is important
  • Insurance experience is highly desirable.
  • Highly credible, with the ability to advise, positively influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
