We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence through innovative, multi-channel strategies. Working within the dynamic luxury construction sector, this role is integral to driving business growth, generating leads, and building a trusted brand in the high-end residential construction market.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Developing and managing the annual marketing strategy to identify growth opportunities in the high-end residential market.
  • Designing and executing lead-generating campaigns to enhance brand trust, attract high-quality leads, and support business development objectives.
  • Creating and managing a diverse range of content, including thought leadership articles, videos, email campaigns, and marketing materials, distributed across various channels.
  • Planning and leading external events to engage clients and stakeholders, strengthening relationships and building connections in the luxury construction industry.
  • Monitoring marketing effectiveness by tracking metrics, campaign ROI, and industry trends, providing regular insights and performance reports.
  • Overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate record-keeping.
What you’ll bring:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing within the high-end residential construction, luxury property, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and SEO analytics.
