Marketing Manager - London/Remote

Expedia UK is looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager to work with the Insight and Messaging team to deliver tangible insights and help drive messaging strategy across segment teams (CRM) and loyalty, including One Key, Expedia Rewards and Hotels.com Rewards. We are a high-energy, creative and motivated team, with strong collaboration skills and a need to be highly organized and flexible in response to changing needs and priorities

• Own marketing claims for TEaL. Working with analytics, develop compelling new claims that resonate with travelers and optimize our existing claims. Develop improved processes to embed our claims throughout the business to drive consistency and add value to our comms• Own messaging for Membership Growth and Member Savings across One Key, Expedia Rewards and Hotels.com Rewards. Driving member sign-ups and early engagement with the programs. Use traveler insight to identify opportunities to improve program awareness, comprehension and appeal, removing traveler pain points

Essential:

  • A strong communicator who is able to simplify and communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively influence senior executives and drive delivery through a cross functional team
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong copywriting skills
  • Proactive self-starter who is able to convert insights into tangible actions that deliver significant impact on the business
  • Critical thinker with experience structuring customer and business problems and solutions to address them
  • Internal and External communications / Marketing management
  • Marketing strategy/ Product marketing, brand marketing or loyalty marketing
  • Copywriting experience also a benefit
  • Previous Loyalty or Travel sector experience helpful
