What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Overseeing social media, email marketing, and content strategies to maximise audience engagement.
- Managing partnerships with authors, industry influencers, and media to enhance brand presence.
- Analysing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Identifying new opportunities and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Leading and mentoring junior marketing staff or external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in marketing, communications, publishing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within publishing, media, or the creative industry.
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and can drive results independently.
- Experience engaging with technical or niche audiences is a plus.
